Douglas Hill
Douglas Hill was born in London, grew up in New York and has lived in Los Angeles since 1968. He is a fine art and commercial architectural photographer, whose work has been widely exhibited and is in the collections of the Getty, the Smithsonian, LACMA among others. He teaches photography at UCLA Extension and is co-director of the non-profit Pasadena Photography Arts.
Hayley Barker
Hayley Barker was born in Oregon. She received her BA from the University of Oregon, and her MA & MFA in Intermedia from the University of Iowa. She has solo exhibitions with Shrine NYC, including a solo booth at the Armory Art Fair. She has had work featured at La Loma Projects (LA), Tiger Strikes Asteroid (Chicago), Big Pictures LA, GAS (LA), ” The Glendale Biennial” curated by the Pit at the Brand Library & “The Divine Joke”, curated by Barry Schwabsky at Anita Rogers Gallery (New York). She has shown with Bozo Mag and Night Gallery. She lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
John Rosewall
John Rosewall is a visual and musical artist with deep roots in the Los Angeles area. As a fine artist, he has pursued both traditional and experimental photography as well as figurative painting. As a musician, he has performed and recorded with seminal Los Angeles independent bands The Last and Trotsky Icepick, and currently he is a co-leader of the alternative band Petrified Max.
Martin Cox, President
Martin Cox is a visual artist originally from the UK now based in Los Angeles. His photography has been exhibited widely in galleries and also museums in Los Angeles, London and Iceland. Cox was artist director and founder of GilsfjordurArts 2018-2022 an artist’s residency in Iceland. Previous he served as a board member of Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions, and the Los Angeles Maritime Museum Research Society and was a member of Los Angeles League of Photographers.
Thomas DeBoe, Vice-President
Thomas DeBoe is a Los Angeles neighborhood lawyer with experience in corporation organization, subsidized housing and legal services to low-income and artist communities. He has over 25 years of experience practicing law in California.
Sati Kaur
U.S. Army veteran, Satinder Kaur is a writer and director. Her short film Blood and Glory, which centers on the friendship between two female veterans, premiered at Tribeca Film Festival and won the Grand Prize in Women in Media CAMERAderie initiative. Her work has premiered on PBS, other regional TV stations, and across film festivals globally. She loves to tell stories about ordinary women doing extraordinary things. Kaur is a fellow of the Writers Guild Foundation’s Veterans Writing Project, and received her MFA in film from USC School of Cinematic Arts.
